"Where’s JOTS?" Official Rules

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Promotion Period

The Where’s JOTS? promotion begins on July 13, 2026 and ends on August 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time.

All entries must be received by 08/24/2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time to be eligible.

Prize

One winner will receive two Texas Rangers tickets.

The prize has an approximate retail value of $200.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution will be provided unless JOTS Rentals determines that a substitution is necessary. In that case, JOTS Rentals may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Transportation, parking, food, beverages, lodging, and any other costs or expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, owners, representatives, contractors, and immediate family members of JOTS Rentals and its related companies, agencies, vendors, and promotional partners are not eligible to enter or win.

This promotion is only valid where permitted by law.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the promotion period:

1. Spot JOTS rental equipment in the community.
2. Take a photo featuring the JOTS equipment.
3. Post the photo publicly on Facebook.
4. Tag the official JOTS Rentals Facebook page.
5. Use the hashtag #WheresJOTS.
6. Include the town or location where the equipment was spotted.
7. Submit the link to the Facebook post through the official Where’s JOTS? entry form.

Each approved form submission counts as one entry into the random drawing.

Participants may submit multiple entries during the promotion period. Each entry must feature a new qualifying post and a different JOTS sighting. Duplicate posts, repeated post links, repeated photos, or multiple submissions of the same sighting will not count as additional entries.

Entry Requirements

To be considered valid, each entry must:

• Clearly show JOTS rental equipment, such as a portable restroom, dumpster, handwash station, restroom trailer, or other JOTS rental equipment
• Be posted publicly on Facebook
• Tag the official JOTS Rentals Facebook page
• Include #WheresJOTS
• Include the town or location where the equipment was spotted
• Be submitted through the official entry form during the promotion period
• Include a valid link to the Facebook post being submitted
• Comply with these Official Rules

JOTS Rentals reserves the right to reject any entry that is incomplete, cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, contains inappropriate content, violates the rights of another person or business, shows unsafe behavior, or does not follow these Official Rules.

Posts must remain publicly viewable through the winner selection date so entries can be verified.

Content Guidelines

Submitted photos must be appropriate for public sharing. Entries may not include:

• Offensive, obscene, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Unsafe, illegal, or reckless activity
• Content that invades another person’s privacy
• Content that infringes on another person’s rights
• Content that misrepresents JOTS Rentals or its services
• Photos taken in restricted, unsafe, or private areas without permission

Participants should not trespass, enter jobsites, block traffic, interfere with workers, or place themselves or others in unsafe situations while participating.

Permission to Use Submissions

By entering, participants give JOTS Rentals permission to share, repost, display, and use submitted photos, screenshots, names, social media handles, captions, and related entry content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Where’s JOTS? campaign and JOTS Rentals.

No additional compensation will be provided for JOTS Rentals’ use of submitted content.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all approved eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Each approved entry counts as one chance to win. For example, if a participant submits five approved entries, that participant will have five entries in the random drawing.

The random drawing will take place on or around August 25, 2026.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email, phone, Facebook message, or another contact method provided through the entry form.

The potential winner must respond within 3 business days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or does not comply with these Official Rules, JOTS Rentals may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to follow these Official Rules and agree that the decisions of JOTS Rentals are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

JOTS Rentals reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or end the promotion if fraud, technical issues, human error, platform issues, weather events, prize availability, or any other issue affects the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the promotion.

JOTS Rentals is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, deleted, inaccessible, or improperly submitted entries; technical issues; Facebook platform issues; internet outages; failed uploads; or entries that cannot be verified.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless JOTS Rentals, its owners, employees, representatives, agencies, vendors, promotional partners, and related parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses related to participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Facebook/Meta Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, the Texas Rangers, Major League Baseball, or any related entities.

By participating, entrants release Meta and Facebook from any responsibility or liability related to this promotion.

Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner, and support JOTS Rentals marketing related to the Where’s JOTS? campaign.

Participant information will not be sold by JOTS Rentals.

Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
