Pricing & billing
How much does a rental cost?
Every job is quoted directly — price depends on the unit or container size, your location, service frequency, and rental length. Call and we will give you a real number for your exact job in a few minutes, not a vague range. Restroom rentals include scheduled service in the quoted price, and dumpster quotes include delivery, pickup, and a tonnage allowance.
Are there hidden fees?
Nothing reaches your invoice that was not on your quote. Delivery, the rental period, service, pickup, and a tonnage allowance are all in the number we give you on the phone, and if anything else applies to your job we tell you what it is and what it costs before you book.
Do you offer contractor billing?
Yes. Contractor accounts get consolidated invoicing across multiple job sites and a dedicated rep. Call us to set up an account and we will walk through billing terms for your company.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Card, check, and ACH. Residential rentals are typically paid at booking; commercial accounts are invoiced.
Delivery & pickup
How fast can you deliver?
Most East Texas addresses get same-day or next-day delivery. Call before noon and there is a good chance it goes out that afternoon.
Do I need to be there for delivery?
No. Mark the spot or send a photo and we will place it exactly where you want. We send delivery confirmation so you know where it landed.
How much space do you need?
For a roll-off, about 60 feet of straight approach, 22 feet of length for the container, and overhead clearance for the lift arms. Portable restrooms need far less — anywhere a truck can get within about 20 feet.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We put boards under the container rails on every residential drop. Concrete and asphalt both handle a loaded roll-off fine with boards down.
Service & maintenance
How often are portable restrooms serviced?
Weekly is standard and included in the rental price. High-traffic sites can move to twice weekly or daily. Every visit is a full pump, sanitize, deodorize, and restock.
What if a unit needs service before its scheduled day?
Call us. On-call visits are usually out within 24 hours.
Can I change my service frequency mid-rental?
Any time. We adjust the route and billing changes from the next cycle — not retroactively.
Rules & restrictions
What cannot go in a dumpster?
Tires, batteries, paint, solvents, oil, chemicals, appliances with refrigerant, medical waste, and anything flammable. Ask before it goes in — contaminated loads carry a disposal fee.
Do I need a permit?
Not for placement on private property. Street placement rules vary by city across East Texas, so check with your municipality first.
How many portable restrooms does OSHA require?
OSHA 1926.51 requires one toilet for up to 20 workers, two for 21–199, and one additional per 40 workers beyond that. Most superintendents plan one per 10 workers for comfort.
Do public events need ADA-accessible units?
Yes. Public accommodation rules apply, and it is the single most common thing event planners forget. Plan at least one, distributed rather than clustered at larger events.
