Sound familiar?
- Guest counts that grow after the rental is booked
- Units delivered late on the morning of the event
- Standard porta potties that clash with an upscale venue
- No plan for accessibility requirements
That is the problem we built this company to fix.
How many units does your event need?
The working ratio is one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event. From there, adjust:
- Alcohol served? Add roughly 20–25% more capacity.
- Event runs past six hours? Add another 20%.
- Mostly women attending? Add units — the ratio math assumes a mix.
- Food service on site? Hand-wash stations, not just sanitizer.
For a 200-guest wedding reception with a bar running five hours, that lands around a 3-station trailer plus a standalone ADA unit.
Trailer or standard units?
Standard units are the right call for festivals, fairgrounds, race events, and anywhere guests are already outdoors and casual. They are durable, they place anywhere, and they cost a fraction of a trailer.
Restroom trailers are for events where the restroom is part of the guest experience — receptions, donor events, corporate hospitality, VIP areas. Climate control, running water, real fixtures.
Plenty of events run both: a trailer near the reception and standard units out at the parking area.
Delivery and pickup timing
We deliver the day before whenever the venue allows it, so nothing about restroom logistics happens on event morning. Pickup is the next business day, which means nobody on your team is coordinating a haul-off while tearing down.
Accessibility
Public events need ADA-accessible restrooms. This is not a nice-to-have — it is a public accommodation requirement, and it is the single most common thing event planners forget until the week of.
One ADA unit covers most small and mid-size events. Larger events need them distributed, not clustered in one corner.

Common questions
How many restrooms does my event need?
One unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event is the base. Add roughly 25% when alcohol is served and 20% for longer events - and at least one ADA-accessible unit for any public event.
Restroom trailer or standard units?
Dress clothes mean trailer; casual outdoor gatherings do fine with deluxe flushable units. Festivals use both - standard units for volume, a trailer for VIP and vendors.
How far ahead should I book for a wedding?
Three to six months for Saturday dates in spring and fall. Off-peak dates are often available inside two weeks.
