Job-site sanitation that keeps pace with your schedule
OSHA-compliant restroom counts, roll-off dumpsters, and a service route your crew can set a watch by — with billing that works like a contractor account should.
- Standard portable restrooms — one per 10 workers
- ADA-accessible unit where the site is publicly accessible
- Hand-wash stations near the break area
Mon–Fri 7am–5pm · 24/7 emergency service available

Sound familiar?
- Units that show up late and hold up the start of the job
- Service trucks that skip weeks until somebody complains
- Surprise line items that blow up the job cost
- Vendors who cannot handle multiple active sites at once
That is the problem we built this company to fix.
What OSHA actually requires
OSHA 1926.51 sets the minimum: one toilet for up to 20 workers, two for 21–199, and one additional per 40 workers beyond that. Job sites with mobile crews need units within a reasonable travel distance.
That is the floor, not the target. The practical ratio most superintendents land on is one unit per 10 workers, because a unit at capacity is a unit nobody wants to use and a crew walking off site to find a gas station bathroom.
Delivery that respects the schedule
We deliver to a window, not a "sometime that day." Site prep, first pour, framing start — you tell us the milestone and we land ahead of it.
Site access is the usual complication. Send a pin and a photo of the drop area, and if the approach is tight we will tell you before delivery day instead of after the truck cannot get in.
Multi-site contractor accounts
If you have three active sites, you should have one invoice and one phone number — not three vendors and three service schedules.
Contractor accounts get consolidated billing, a dedicated rep who knows your sites, and service frequency set per location instead of one blanket schedule. Call to set up an account and we will sort out billing terms for your company.
Dumpsters for construction debris
Roll-offs run alongside the restrooms on the same account. Most framing and finish-out jobs run a 30 yard; demo and heavy material go in a 10 or 20. Swap-outs are usually same or next day, so the box never becomes the bottleneck.

Common questions
How many portable restrooms does OSHA require on a job site?
OSHA 1926.51 requires one toilet for up to 20 workers, two for 21-199, and one more per additional 40 workers. Most superintendents plan one unit per 10 workers so the minimum never becomes the bottleneck.
Can restrooms and dumpsters go on one account?
Yes - that is the point of a contractor account. One invoice, one dispatcher, and service frequency set per site instead of one blanket schedule.
How fast can you get a unit to a new site?
Most East Texas sites get same-day or next-day delivery. Tell us the milestone - site prep, first pour, framing start - and we deliver ahead of it.
