What a service visit actually includes
"Serviced weekly" means different things at different companies. Here is ours, every visit, every unit:
- Pump the waste tank completely
- Pressure rinse the interior walls, seat, and floor
- Sanitize and deodorize with fresh charge
- Restock toilet paper and hand sanitizer
- Check the door latch, vent, and unit condition
- Reposition if it has been moved or is sitting unlevel
Why routes matter
We service by route, not by request queue. Your units sit on a fixed day in a fixed sequence, which is why our trucks show up when we say they will.
Companies that service reactively — when someone complains — always run behind, because complaints do not arrive in geographic order.
Multi-site accounts
Running units across several job sites? One account, one invoice, one point of contact who knows all your locations. We will match the service frequency per site instead of forcing everything onto the same schedule.

Common questions
Is service included in the rental price?
Yes. Every standard rental quote includes weekly service. You are not paying separately for the thing that makes the rental work.
Can I change my service frequency mid-rental?
Any time. Call and we will adjust the route. Billing changes from the next cycle, not retroactively.
Do you service units we rented from someone else?
In many cases, yes. Call with the unit type and location and we will tell you whether it fits our route.
How it works
Five steps, zero guesswork
No account setup, no portal, no waiting on a callback that never comes.
- 1
Tell us about the job
Call or send the quote form. We ask about headcount, timeline, and site access — that is all it takes.
- 2
Get a transparent quote
A real person prices it same-day. Delivery, service, and pickup are in the number, and anything else that applies is on the quote before you book.
- 3
We deliver on schedule
Units arrive in the window we promised, placed where your crew actually needs them.
- 4
We keep them clean
Routine service runs on a set schedule. Need an extra visit? One call and we are out there.
- 5
Pickup when you say
Job wraps up, you call, we haul. No lingering equipment and no lingering invoices.
