The most common homeowner mistake is renting by feel instead of by material.

Heavy material goes in a small box. A 30 yard full of shingles is not going anywhere legally — weight limits hit long before the container is full.

Your driveway will be fine

We put boards under the container rails on every residential drop. Concrete and asphalt both handle a loaded roll-off with boards down, and the boards prevent the point-loading that actually cracks a driveway.

If you would rather it sit on the street, check with your city first — some East Texas municipalities want a permit for street placement and some do not care at all.

Flat pricing on a 7-day rental

Standard residential rentals are seven days at one transparent price that includes delivery, pickup, disposal, and a tonnage allowance. Need it longer? Extensions are cheap and you can decide mid-week.

Done early? Call and we will usually pull it the next day. There is no reason for a full dumpster to sit in your driveway for four days after you finished.

Portable restrooms for longer renovations

If your project has a crew on site for more than a few days — especially when the house is not livable — a single portable restroom keeps contractors out of your bathroom and off your floors. It is the cheapest line item on most renovations and the one homeowners thank us for.
