When the restrooms go down
A burst pipe, a failed sewer line, or a plumbing repair that takes the building's restrooms out of service does not wait for business hours — and neither does a business that still has staff and customers on site.
We bring in portable restrooms, a restroom trailer when the setting calls for it, and hand-wash stations, so the doors stay open while the repair happens.
"JOTS dropped everything AFTER HOURS to help my business when we underwent a plumbing emergency. It was a very abnormal situation and they were nothing but wonderful the entire time."
— Mike Hardson
At home
A septic backup or a plumbing failure leaves a household without a working bathroom, sometimes for days. A portable restroom and a hand-wash station in the driveway keeps the house livable until the repair is done.
On the job site
An inspection in the morning and a site short on units. A crew that doubled overnight. A unit damaged and out of use. Call and we will get the site back to where it needs to be — restrooms, hand-wash stations, and, for a site office with no water or sewer, holding tanks.
At events
More guests than planned, or units filling faster than expected. Call during the event and we will send extra units or an extra pump-out so the line does not become the story everyone goes home with.
Storms and disasters
Storm damage means restrooms for crews and residents and somewhere to put the debris. We run disaster response across East Texas — restrooms, hand-wash stations, and roll-off dumpsters for the clean-up, and temporary fencing to close off what is not safe to enter.
What to have ready when you call
- The address, and where on site the equipment should go
- Roughly how many people will use it
- How long you expect to need it
- Anything that makes access tricky — a gate code, a tight driveway, soft ground
Then call (903) 236-4019. Someone is on call 24/7 and will answer, any hour of any day.

Common questions
Can I reach someone after hours?
Yes. Someone is on call 24/7, nights and weekends included, and will answer the phone. Call (903) 236-4019 any time.
What counts as an emergency?
Anything that cannot wait until morning: restrooms out at a business, a septic or plumbing failure at home, storm damage, a job site short on units before an inspection, or an event that is running out of capacity.
How fast can you get here?
It depends on what you need and how far away you are. We dispatch from the nearest of our five yards — Longview, Tyler, Kemp, Mt. Pleasant, and Whitewright — and we will give you a realistic time on the call.
Does emergency service cost more?
Yes. Emergency service is priced higher than a scheduled delivery. We quote it on the call, before a truck is sent, so the price is never a surprise.
Can you service units we already rent from you?
Yes. If a unit fills up early or something goes wrong, call and we will send an extra pump-out or restock.
What should I have ready when I call?
The address and where on site the equipment should go, roughly how many people will use it, how long you expect to need it, and anything that makes access tricky — a gate code, a tight driveway, soft ground.
