Built for a crowd that all arrives at once
Concerts and tournaments concentrate demand into short windows around gates, intermissions, and halftime. We size for the surge, not the average.
- Sizing based on peak simultaneous attendance

Sound familiar?
- Capacity sized on averages when demand arrives in surges
- Overflow needs discovered when permanent facilities back up
- Multi-day tournaments with no service between days
- Units placed where crowd flow does not actually go
Demand arrives in spikes
A festival spreads usage across a day. A concert or a game does not — it concentrates it into a few sharp windows: doors opening, intermission, halftime, and the moment the event ends.
Sizing on average attendance produces lines at exactly the moments people notice them most. Size on peak simultaneous attendance, then plan for the surge: enough capacity that the intermission rush clears before the second half starts.
Alcohol service adds meaningfully on top of that.
Placement follows crowd flow
Attendees will not go looking. Units belong along the paths people already walk — between parking and the gate, near concessions, adjacent to seating areas — with enough visibility that nobody has to ask where they are.
At a venue with permanent restrooms, portable units work best positioned to catch the overflow before it reaches the permanent facilities, not behind them.
Supplementing permanent facilities
Sports complexes and venues typically have permanent restrooms sized for a normal day, not for the six days a year that fill the place. Portable units covering peak events is far cheaper than building permanent capacity you use occasionally.
That is a scheduled, recurring arrangement — tell us the season calendar and we will plan it rather than treating each event as a new order.
Tournaments and multi-day events
A weekend tournament is really three events with the same infrastructure. Units need a full pump, sanitize, and restock overnight so Saturday morning does not inherit Friday night, and high-traffic events may need service between sessions.
Accessibility
Every bank should include an ADA-accessible unit. Public events require accessible facilities, and a single accessible unit at one end of a complex is a compliance answer, not a real one.

Common questions
How do you size for a concert crowd?
On peak simultaneous attendance and the length of the event, then adjusted up for alcohol service. Demand at a concert is not spread evenly - it spikes before the opener and at intermission, and the sizing has to survive the spike.
Can you supplement permanent facilities at a complex?
That is a common arrangement. Portable units handle overflow at peak while permanent restrooms carry the baseline, which is far cheaper than building for a demand level you hit six times a year.
What about a weekend tournament?
Service between days, and sometimes between sessions. A tournament running Friday through Sunday needs units cleaned and restocked overnight, not once at the start of the weekend.
