Match the unit to the occasion

Private and corporate events span a wide range, and the right answer is not the same at both ends of it.

Casual gatherings — a company picnic, a backyard party, a reunion — are well served by deluxe flushable units. Flushing bowl, foot-pump sink, interior light, clean and presentable, at a fraction of trailer cost.

Client-facing or formal events — hospitality, grand openings, milestone celebrations — are where a climate-controlled restroom trailer earns its price. If guests are in business or dress clothes, the trailer is the right call.

Keeping guests out of the house

The most common reason people rent for a private party is simple: fifty guests tracking through the house all evening is not the plan. One or two good units outside solves it entirely, and guests generally prefer them to queueing in a hallway.

Delivery that nobody watches

Delivery happens the morning before in most cases; pickup is the next business day. Neither should happen while guests are on site.

Tell us where you want it and we will place it out of sightlines — around the side of the house, behind a hedge, off the main flow. Placement is most of what makes a rental feel discreet rather than obvious.

Production and shoots

Film, television, and photo production run on the same requirement: clean facilities near the location, delivered on a call sheet rather than a rough window, and gone when the shoot wraps. Give us the schedule and we work to it.

Accessibility at a private event

Public accommodation rules do not apply the same way to a private party, but if older guests or anyone with mobility needs is invited, an accessible unit is worth adding. It is one unit, and it prevents a problem that is genuinely awkward to solve on the day.
