Sound familiar?
- A construction-grade unit parked in the background of every photo
- Guests queueing at a single restroom during the reception
- No accessible option for older guests or anyone with mobility needs
- A venue with no plumbing and no plan
The restroom is part of the venue
At an outdoor wedding, the restroom stops being infrastructure and becomes part of the guest experience. Guests notice it, remember it, and mention it — for better or worse.
That is the whole argument for a trailer over standard units at a wedding. Climate control, flushing porcelain, vanity sinks with running water, mirrors, interior lighting, and finishes that read like a venue rather than a job site.
Sizing to the guest list
- 2-station trailer — comfortable to about 100 guests
- 3-station trailer — 100 to 200 guests
- Larger or multiple units — beyond that, or when the reception runs long
Two adjustments most people forget: alcohol increases usage meaningfully, and a reception that runs past four hours needs more capacity than the headcount alone suggests. And any public celebration should have an ADA-accessible option — it is the single most commonly overlooked requirement in event planning.
What the site needs
Less than people expect. A level-ish spot on firm ground, a path wide enough for the delivery truck, and ideally a standard 110v outlet within reach. If there is no power we bring a generator. Trailers carry their own fresh water, so a hookup is optional.
Grass is fine if the ground is firm. Send a photo of the intended spot when you book and we will confirm it rather than discovering a problem on the day.
Timing the delivery
For a morning or early-afternoon ceremony, we deliver the day before. For an evening event, the morning of. Either way the trailer is level, connected, stocked, and cooled or heated well before guests arrive — not while the photographer is setting up.
Weather is the quiet argument
An August wedding in East Texas and a January one make the same case from opposite directions: climate control stops being a luxury at the temperature extremes. Guests stepping out of the heat, or the cold, into a comfortable room is a bigger deal on the day than it looks on the quote.

Common questions
How far ahead should we book a wedding trailer?
Three to six months for Saturday dates in spring and fall, which are the busiest. Off-peak dates are often available inside two weeks, and winter dates are usually the easiest to get.
What does the site need for a trailer?
A level-ish spot on firm ground, a path wide enough for the truck, and ideally a standard 110v outlet. We bring a generator when there is not one, and trailers carry their own fresh water so a hookup is optional.
How many stations do we need?
A 2-station trailer is comfortable up to about 100 guests, a 3-station covers 100 to 200. Add an ADA-accessible unit for any public celebration, and plan more capacity if the reception runs long or alcohol is served.
