Sanitation inside a controlled-access plant
Badging, escorts, and designated entrances are the norm here. We build your access rules into the route so service happens without a phone call every visit.
- Standard units at contractor laydown and work areas
- Hand-wash stations wherever materials are handled
- Deluxe flushable units near offices and visitor areas
Mon–Fri 7am–5pm · 24/7 emergency service available

Sound familiar?
- Drivers turned away at the gate for missing paperwork
- Contractor crews with no facilities during a project window
- Hand-wash requirements discovered during an audit
- Service schedules that ignore shift changes
Access is the first conversation
At a plant, the delivery problem is rarely the drop — it is the gate. Drivers without the right badge, the right paperwork, or an escort do not get in, and a turned-away truck means a crew without facilities for another day.
We would rather over-communicate here. At account setup, tell us:
- Badging and background requirements for drivers
- Whether deliveries need an escort, and who arranges it
- PPE requirements at the point of delivery
- Designated contractor entrances
- Delivery windows that avoid shift change or process operations
All of it is workable. None of it works if we learn about it at the gate.
Contractor projects inside a running facility
Most of our plant work is not for the plant itself — it is for contractors doing a project inside it. A laydown yard with 40 pipefitters needs its own facilities for the project window, and those facilities need to appear on schedule and disappear when the project ends.
That is a defined-window rental with a fixed start and end, and it is worth booking as early as you have dates.
Hand-wash stations are not optional
Anywhere crews handle materials, and anywhere food is served on site, hand-wash stations are the expected standard and a common audit finding when missing. They pair with any unit and are inexpensive relative to what a finding costs.
What we do not haul
We handle general refuse and construction debris. Regulated waste — hazardous, chemical, or process streams — requires a licensed specialty hauler, and we will say so rather than take a load we should not be taking. Keeping those streams separate protects both of us.
What we usually recommend
- Standard units at contractor laydown and work areas
- Hand-wash stations wherever materials are handled
- Deluxe flushable units near offices and visitor areas
- Containers sized to the specific waste stream
We also serve
- Refinery and petrochemical contractor projects
- Specialty chemical and blending facilities
- Industrial gas and cryogenic sites
- Water treatment and environmental facilities
Not listed? We rent to job sites of every kind — call and describe it.
Common questions
Can your drivers meet plant access requirements?
Yes. Give us the requirements at account setup - badging, escort, PPE, gate procedures, delivery windows - and we assign and schedule around them rather than sending a driver who gets turned away.
Do you provide facilities for contractor crews during a project?
That is most of what we do at plants. Contractor laydown areas get their own units and hand-wash stations for the project window, on the contractor account or the facility account, whichever you prefer.
How do you handle waste that is not general refuse?
We handle general construction and facility refuse. Anything regulated - hazardous, chemical, or process waste - needs a licensed specialty hauler, and we will tell you plainly rather than take a load we should not.
