Sound familiar?

  • Trucks routed to the wrong end of a lease road
  • No waste capacity for a field office or trailer
  • Crews that move before the next scheduled service
  • Lease roads that turn impassable after rain

Getting there is half the job

Energy work happens where the address system is least reliable. A county road address can put a driver miles from the actual pad, and a wrong turn on a lease road costs an afternoon.

Always send a dropped pin. Add gate codes, the name of whoever has the key, and a note about the road surface. We would rather have too much detail than send a loaded truck down a two-track that will not support it.

No hookup, no problem

Field offices, trailers, and temporary facilities on a remote pad rarely have anywhere for waste to go. Holding tanks solve it — a 250-gallon tank gives real capacity, and the pump-out schedule gets set against actual use rather than a default frequency.

That is the single most common thing we get called about on energy sites, and it is worth arranging when the trailer arrives rather than a week later.

Crews that move

Drilling, completion, workover, and line crews all move on their own timelines. Units that stay where they were first delivered stop being useful the moment the work shifts.

Tell us how the job advances and we schedule relocations against it. That is nearly always cheaper than renting enough units to blanket every pad in the program.

Weather and road conditions

After heavy rain, a lease road that was fine in August will not carry a loaded service truck. We will call and reschedule rather than risk it, because a stuck truck blocks the road for every other vendor and operator behind us.

If a pad is only reachable in dry conditions, tell us up front and we will plan service frequency around the forecast rather than the calendar.

Facilities that hold up in the open

Remote sites are exposed. Placement matters — some shade, a windbreak, and firm level ground make a unit far more usable and far less likely to end up on its side after a storm. Hand-wash stations matter here too: crews working in grease and dirt all day will use them.

Common questions

How do we get a truck to a remote lease?

Send a dropped pin, gate codes, and a note about the road surface. Rural addressing routes trucks to the wrong end of a county road more often than anything else, and a pin removes the guesswork entirely.

What if there is no sewer for the field office?

A holding tank. A 250-gallon tank gives a trailer or temporary hookup real capacity, and we set the pump-out schedule against how hard it is being used rather than a default.

Can service move with the crew?

Yes. Tell us how the work advances and we relocate on a schedule. Paying to move a unit is almost always cheaper than renting extra units to cover ground the crew has already left.
